The company was set up in 2009 by James Cable, who is the company director. James has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working for main contractors and developers, setting up New Home Assessments to assist Clients in meeting their sustainability and energy efficiency requirements.

New Home Assessments prides itself on understanding our Clients requirements and concerns, and having the expertise to proactively assist them in achieving compliance with the Building Regulations in a practical and economic manner.

We have a diverse range of Clients and work for a number of developers, builders, Architects and designers, as well as individuals who are self-building, or selling/letting their property. Testament to the service we provide is that many of our Clients have continued to use us repeatedly for a number of years, and most new customers come to us via ‘word of mouth’.
